This text marks a new stage in Franco-Italian cooperation in the service of European creative fashion and reaffirms the complementarity and vitality of the relationship between the sectors of both countries. Cooperation is structured around three priority axes:
- Fashion Weeks: permanent dialogue and cooperation between the Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks, support for emerging designers also provided through exchange programmes..
- Shared vision at European level: joint initiatives on sustainability (notably the ESG framework published in May 2026), protection of savoir-faire, and advocacy of a common position before European institutions on eco-design (ESPR), intellectual property, and the fight against counterfeiting.
- Collaboration to support education and the attractiveness of the professions: Franco-Italian consortium on CSR best practices, professional mobility, and joint initiatives to attract young talent.
